Peacemaking Praxis
Peacemaking Praxis is a three-week learning community designed to help us move from reflection to action as everyday peacemakers.
In 3 evening meetings (1/22, 1/29, 2/5), we’ll learn from local historians, practitioners, and subject-matter experts to gain practical frameworks for advocacy and nonviolent direct action. We’ll explore how our personal stories intersect with the story of Denver, and we'll learn how our city came to be what it is today, what its needs are, and how we can join God’s work of renewal in our neighborhoods.
The experience will culminates in a three-day immersion in Denver (Fri evening to Sunday, 2/20-2/22). We’ll visit significant sites around the city, engage with Project Renew partners, learn from activists and thought-leaders, and share meals prepared by local minority-owned businesses. This class is full, but stay tuned for future offerings!

Bingo Night at Joshua Station
Join us on February 6th for Bingo and Burritos at Joshua Station! Kids, teens, and adults will volunteer together, serve dinner, and play bingo alongside current and past residents of Joshua Station's transitional housing program. This is a family event, and we encourage families with kids of all ages to serve together.
**this event begins at 5:15, but we know that traffic can be tough at that time of day! If you'd like to come but might be late, please still register.**
