At Project Renew, we are inspired to become everyday peacemakers by cultivating partnerships and curating immersive experiences, moving people thoughtfully and compassionately toward the brokenness in themselves and the world. This journey activates imagination, nurtures hope, and inspires our participation with God’s ongoing work of renewal as our world becomes more just and whole.

Who is Project Renew?

Celebration Event

Join Project Renew on November 12, 2026 to celebrate generosity, shared commitment, and a growing network of peacemakers in Denver and beyond.

Rather than focusing on fundraising appeals, the evening will feature stories of transformation, opportunities for meaningful connection, and a shared vision for advancing peace and justice in our communities.

Your presence reflects a commitment to the values that unite us and strengthen our mission. By joining us, you become part of a community dedicated to fostering hope, reconciliation, and lasting change.

How are we Allocating Contributions?

Sustainability in Leadership +
Project Renew knows that peacemaking begins within, and that healthy leaders lead healthy change. As we engage with our partners, we listen for signs of burnout, personal struggle, and compassion fatigue, and we meet those needs creatively. In the past year, Project Renew has…
  • Allocated funds for rest and relaxation to over 25 attorneys working around the clock in pursuit of justice for families impacted by changing immigration policies
  • Funded vocational counseling, therapy, and spiritual direction to international workers in seasons of transition, sabbatical, and burnout.
  • Sent an overburdened community leader for a relaxing weekend away to refresh and reconnect with family.
Special Initiatives & Emergent Needs +
Project Renew is often invited to respond to unforeseen needs. We have recently said “yes” to partners who requested funds when…
  • A long-overdue construction project hit an unexpected setback and ran over budget. Project Renew contributed $10,000 to ensure the organization’s displaced clientele were minimally impacted.
  • A neighbor in Kenya prioritized her sobriety and began to dream about a small business selling milk, eggs, and meat. Project Renew came alongside her by supporting the purchase of goats and chickens so that she could truly support her family for the first time.
  • Opportunities for grant funding arose when our partners’ organizational capacity was already stretched thin. Project Renew provided funds to contract grant writers and ultimately win funding that would otherwise have been inaccessible.
Good Neighbor Grants +
Project Renew empowers collaborative peacemaking through our Good Neighbor Grant program: anyone in Project Renew’s community may apply for funds that would enable them to show up as a ‘good neighbor’ to someone in their life. Recent Good Neighbor Grants have…
  • Helped a single, unemployed mom buy christmas presents for her kids
  • Contributed to an immigrant family’s unexpected medical bills
  • Purchased groceries when a child reported their family had lost SNAP benefits and was struggling
